Here are the 4 steps we follow for our clients:

1. Meet with the caregiver and older adult to realistically assess the current situation and future needs - this includes examining the social, medical, financial, and environmental aspects of a person's life.

2. Create a care plan unique to the individual client's needs.

3. Locate and arrange other services - such as home care, legal counsel, financial planning, and long-term care placement as needed.

4. Provide on-going support and attention to the client's situation.
